Body found in Sanganoor canal, two detained

Police detained two persons in connection with the murder of a resident of Avarampalayam here.
According to police, the highly decomposed body of Nagaraj (37) was found in a gunny bag in the Sanganoor canal near Puliyakuliyam on Wednesday.
During the course of investigation, police detained two persons – Aavi Vinodh and Joswa – both residents of Puliyakuliyam.
On Wednesday a decomposed man body was recovered from the Sanganoor canal in gunny bags near Puliyakuliyam. Police also suspect the involvement of six more persons in the murder.
Around six criminal cases are pending against Nagaraj, police said.
