Make Teen Murti Vice-President House

The move to make Teen Murti Nehru Memorial a combined one for all former Prime Ministers could lead to relocation of some like that of Indira Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. Converting prime government bungalows into memorials was not a proper decision of the earlier Congress-led Central governments. An end to this was there in the Cabinet note in 2000. But the UPA government later indirectly bypassed this to help create of memorials of Jagjivan Ram and Kanshiram.
Since there is a permanent house for the Prime Minister – 7 Lok Kalyan Marg, Teen Murti can be converted as the permanent residence of the Vice-President.
