Mangaluru-Egmore-Mangaluru trains cancelled

According to a Southern Railway release, Train 16859 Mangaluru Central – Chennai Egmore Express train has been cancelled on its arrival at Erode Junction due to heavy rains and water-logged tracks in Chennai. The train had left Mangaluru Central today.
Consequently, the service of its pairing train, No.16860 Chennai Egmore – Mangaluru Central Express, which was to leave Chennai Egmore today, has also been cancelled.
