The Parsn Group has denied all the allegations of violations being levelled against it, clarifying that the operations and constructions were being carried strictly according to the norms.

Some of the residents of the Parsn Sesh Nestle had alleged that the promoter violated norms by not paying taxes for additional constructions. They also alleged that the scheme road, which rightfully belonged to the Corporation, has been blocked by the promoter.

“Despite owning the lands, we are not able to utilise other facilities, and are forced to shell out extra maintenance charges in addition to paying the necessary charges,” one of the owners said.

An official release from Parsn group has denied allegations saying that the Society, created by the residents, is to blame. “We do not own the houses, and if any there are any violations, the owners are to be blamed,” the release said.

The release has also denied allegations about the scheme road, claiming, “Higher officials from the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation and District Administration, led by former Collector Archana Patnaik, inspected the project and have certified that there was no violation or deviation.”

The release further added that the inspection report was submitted to the state government.
