Power supply will be affected in the areas under KV substations Madhampatty and Devarayapuram on May 23 from 9 am to 2 pm.

Areas such as Kuppanur, Karadimadai, Sennanur, Alandurai, Iruttupallam, Semmedu, Poondi, Siruvani, Kulathupalayam, Dhaliyur, Sundapalayam, Kalikkanaickenpalayam, Theethipalayam, Kalampalayam, Perur Chettipalayam, Thondamuthur, Muthipalayam , Putthur, Thennamanallur, Poluvampatty, Narasipuram, Viraliyur, Kaliannanpudur, J.N.Palayam, Devarayapuram and Kembanur will be affected during this period.

According to a TANGEDCO statement, power is being suspended to carry out routine monthly maintenance works. Officials have been requested to finish the replacement works within the stipulated time so as to not cause discomfort to the public.
