Coimbatore : The verdict of Delhi High Court on Two Leaves symbol has established the fact that the present dispensation is the real AIADMK, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Edapadi K Palanisamy said on Thursday.

When sought for his reaction on the verdict, Palanisamy told reporters at nearby Avanashi ” we have been telling this for long. And the verdict has confirmed that we are the real AIADMK”.

Stating that those who joined the party recently, T T V Dinakaran wanted to capture AIADMK, conspiring with DMK, he expressed hope that there would not be scope for appeal against the verdict.

Since the verdict was given by a higher court, there was no chance for any appeal and even if somebody approached, the same documents and proof, as given by the Election Commission, will be submitted there also, Palanisamy, who is the joint coordinator of AIADMK said.

When asked about the by-elections for over 20 assembly constituencies in the State, he said “we are ready to face it. It is in the hands of elections commission.”
