DMK working president M K Stalin today told workers in Government-run TANTEA that he would solve their problems, particularly those related to wages and basic amenities, once his party came to power in Tamil Nadu.
Wages remained very low and had not been raised for the last few years. Road facilities in the area were very poor, Stalin told mediapersons after discussing the problems with the workers.
He said the silver oaks and teak trees in Government estate in Gudalur were there because of the stay obtained by DMK against the ruling of Forest Minister Dindigul Srinivasan.
Like the former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, Edapadi Palanisamy was also announcing various schemes under 110 and not a single one was being implemented, Stalin said.
