Sri Ramakrishna Educational Institutions in pact with IIM Bangalore

Coimbatore: Sri Ramakrishna Educational Institutions have entered into an agreement with Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, (IIMB) for the IIMBx B-School Partnership programme.

SNR Sons Charitable Trust managing trustee R Vijayakumar and IIMB digital learning chairperson Prof P D Jose signed the MoU on the IIM campus where Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology principal M Paulraj exchanged the documents with Jose.

IIMB is the national massive open online course coordinator for management education under Swayam project of AICTE. The programme aims to create a space that will give inspiration and intellectual challenge to learners and teachers.

This digital courseware, produced and delivered by the IIMB faculty, will be offered exclusively for the students of the Sri Ramakrishna Institutions through two-month online certificate programmes and the proctored examinations will be conducted at Sri Ramakrishna Institutions.

This small private online course is expected to be a powerful teaching aid which will also provide competitive edge to the institution’s faculty by making classroom teaching much more engaging, the institution said.
