Thanks-giving by students and parents for NEET exemption

A group of students and parents today assembled near South taluk Office in the city to thank the Centre and Tamil Nadu Government for announcing the exemption to the State from NEET.

A total of 75 persons, including 25 girls and women gathered near the office and thanked the Governments for the proposed ordinance exempting the State for one year.

Some of the parents also urged the Government to take steps to release the list so that the process of admission begins, police said.
