Three arrested for robbing Rs. 8.5 lakh

Three persons were arrested today on charges of robbing Rs.8.5 lakh from a private wholesale trading house in Peelamedu a fortnight ago.
Based on a complaint, police on suspicion, caught Sabari, a former staff of the firm and during interrogation he confessed to the crime, police said.
On his information, his two accomplices, Vignesh and Babu were also arrested and
remanded to custody. The entire amount was also recovered.
