The latest emerging trends and technologies, and various issues in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) with particular reference to sustainable agricultural development will be deliberated at a two-day conference beginning on November 24 at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) here.
TNAU’s Directorate of ODL is organising the “International Conference on Open and Distance Learning for Sustainable Development in Agriculture ODLSDA – 2016,” in which a large pool of delegates, experts, educators, administrators and academicians are expected to participate.
Experts from international agencies such as Commonwealth of Learning, Canada, Open University of Sri Lanka, Centre for Open Learning, Maldives, University of Guelph, Canada, Food and Agriculture Organization, Thailand, Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi, Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai, and other agricultural and conventional universities in India will also attend.
