Young Indians’ national youth conclave begins

Blitz, the 28th National Youth Conclave organised by Young Indians (Yi), began here today, with participation of over 300 Yi members from across the country. The three-day event includes sports, summit, experiential journeys and knowledge expedition.

As a part of first day event Sport-A-Thon, members participated in games such as cricket, badminton, tennis, table tennis, soccer, traditional rekhla and engagement activities like tug of war, pin ball, obstacle run and dirt bike ride.

Blitz will have a knowledge expedition visits tomorrow to various organizations showcasing the brands of Coimbatore and the people behind them in shaping up the industry in the region.

Later, the members will participate in a Youth Conclave, where several industry stalwarts are addressing on Leadership and Entrepreneurship for the next-gen leaders, a Yi release said here.

The event will conclude on December 18 with members taking part in experiential journeys to Isha Foundation, nature trek and and bird watching at Palamalai Hills.
