Durishetty, who has topped IAS exam this year, is setting an example for the youth. He left his job at Google because he wanted to serve his country and make a better change.

Durishetty is a young bright Indian mind with a passion and zeal to work for the country.

DIDN’T GIVE UP!

While pursuing BTech in Electronics and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani, Rajasthan, he realised he should take up civil services.

Right after the completion of engineering in 2011, he kept on appearing for the IAS exam until he cleared it in 2018.

In between, he got a job as a software engineer in Google, Hyderabad.

However, this was not enough to lure him, as he wanted to serve the nation.

Although he got through as an IRS officer, he kept trying for IAS.

Durishetty has chosen Telangana cadre, which is also his home state.
