Sigma will be presenting the latest on launching new innovative services and business models in complex communications environments during TM Forum’s Asia event in Kuala Lumpur and demonstrating its full award winning create-sell-deliver portfolio which supports digital transformation, smart cities and Living Services at Booth #10.
In addition, award-winning CTO Catherine Michel will join Telkomsel to talk about meeting increased customer expectations in the digital era on Tuesday 13th November at 11:50 a.m. local time.On Wednesday 14th, Sigma will again take center stage at 11:40 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., firstly with Swisscom to discuss getting from vision to reality as a 2025 Digital Operator and later with Infosys, speaking on whether open source is the future of OSS/BSS.
Sigma will also be participating in two of the TM Forum catalysts at the event. The first, in collaboration with Telstra and BT, will look at NaaS in Action and demonstrate how to automate the rapid definition, orchestration, testing and ongoing closed-loop monitoring of a complex composite service across different technology domains.The second Catalyst in collaboration with Ooredoo, entitled CEM/OSS for Hybrid Networks Predictive Analytics & Dynamic offer creation, looks to demonstrate an innovative analytics application to optimize and personalize offers for customers based on real-time predictive analysis of individual end-users.
