Awareness procession on the occasion of World Population Day

On the occasion of World Population day, an awareness procession on the effects of high population was flagged off by Coimbatore district collector, P.Hariharan.Statistics reveal that the population percentage in India has reduced between the years 2001 and 2011 and that there is increased awareness among the people about population control.
