Thief who snatched mobile phones from pedestrians nabbed

A person from North India who snatched a mobile phone from a pedestrian near the Coimbatore collectorate was chased down and caught by the police. On further investigation ,it was found that the thief was known to the pedestrian and had stolen cash from him previously.
