City lad to represent India in U-17 Asian Badminton Championship

A Grade 12 student of a local school has been selected to represent India in the Under-17 boys category in the Badminton World Federation Championship to be held at Myanmar in October.
K. Sathish Kumar of Sri Ramakrishna Matriculation Higher Secondary School here will participate in the Asian championship beginning on October 4 at Myanmar, a press release from the school said.
