The two girl students who went missing from a city school were handed over to their respective parents after the Railway Police rescued them at Calicut.

According to police sources, the girls were rescued after the cops alerted stations in Kerala and Bengaluru.”The girls had reportedly told a friend of theirs that they were going on a trip to Bengaluru. We were not sure if they were speaking the truth, so we had alerted Kerala cops as well”.

The girls have now been handed over to their parents safely, police added.
