Commemorating John Sullivan, who set up camp for the first time in Kothagiri and did research on the soil, climate and tribal life style of Nilgiris, Ooty Agavai 200 was celebrated yesterday. The tribals of Ooty went in procession singing and dancing their traditional songs and dances.
