Special Ramzan prayers held in masjids all over Coimbatore

Muslims all over india are celebrating Ramzan today with special prayers and wishes.In Coimbatore too, special prayers were held in various masjids and jamads including the ones in Pothanur and Mettupalayam road. Greetings were exchanged after the prayers by hugging each other and exchanging sweets and biriyani. Special prayers were also held in the Nallayan school where thousands people from all religions took part . Messages of brotherhood and upliftment of the poor were emphasised during the prayers. .
