Nilgiris district collector Innocent Divya inaugurated a 2 day Legal Awareness seminar at the Tamil Nadu Palace in Ooty organised by The Tamil Nadu State Commission for women , National Commission for women and NGOs of Coimbatore and Nilgiris. The collector in her speech stressed on the importance of providing freedom to the daughters by their parents.
