Intoxicating substances are considered ‘Haram’ in Islam. ‘But we are seeing an increase in the number of youngsters peddling drugs and getting addicted as well. Ganja is sold in homes’, exclaim representatives from Yekathva Muslim Jamaat who are fighting to eradicate the menace, not just of drugs but alcohol too.
