Kodanad murder accused Sayan and Manoj asked to appear on Jan 29

Ooty : Refusing to cancel the bail granted to Sayan and Manoj, who linked Tamil Nadu Chief Chief Minister, Edapadi Palanisamy in Kodanad murder and robbery cases in a video released by former Tehelka editor, the District Court here Thursday directed both of them to appear before it on January 29.

The State government has moved the Court to cancel the bail granted to the duo, the accused in Kodanad Murder and robbery case, till February two and the counsel of Sayan had sought more time to file petition in the case, before the district judge P Vadamalai.

Hearing the argument, Vadamalai refused to cancel the bail and asked the Counsel to produce both the accused on January 29, during which a petition can also be filed.
