Allegations of medical negligence and denial of treatment at CMCH

Tiruchirappalli resident G Viswanathan filed a petition with the District Collector of Coimbatore K Rajamani against medical negligence leading to his two year old daugher contracting HIV. They have also stated that the Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital was denying them treatment.
