Seven workers hurt as scaffolding collapses

Coimbatore : Seven migrant construction workers were injured, four of them seriously, when the scaffolding of an under-construction building of a private engineering college collapsed today.

While three of them sustained minor injuries, the seriously injured, all from Bihar, were taken to hospital, police said.

The wall supporting the scaffolding was wet due to rain and collapsed suddenly.
