Mini marathon against child abuse in Coimbatore

Coimbatore : In order to create awareness about the increasing trend of child abuse, CMS Vidya Mandir here is organising a mini-marathon on February 23.
The Run Against Child Abuse, will have four categories for two km for kids and their parents (2-7 years) 5 Km school boys and girls up to 16 years. 5 km for men and women and 10 Km for men and women,the school chairman, T A Venugolal told reporters here today.
With a prize money of Rs 70,000 there will be cash prize for first five places in each category and the registration will conclude on February 13 , he said.
There will be entry fees of Rs.150 per adult and rs.100 per child and a T-shirt and breakfast will be provided free of cost.
