Alcoholic commits suicide

In yet another case in recent times, a 55-year-old man committed suicide by hanging himself here on Friday.
According to the police, the deceased, A. Manoharan, a resident of Thirumal Street, was an alcoholic and was suffering from chronic epilepsy. He used to be hospitalized very frequently. On the day of the incident, he had quarrelled with his family members. Frustrated with this Manoharan hung himself at his house.
A case has been registered with the B3 police in this regard. Investigations are on.
