Chennai-Thiruvananthapuram biweekly rerouted via Coimbatore

Service of Train No.22207 / 22208 Chennai–Thiruvananthapuram – Chennai bi-weekly Superfast AC Express will be re-routed via Coimbatore–Podanur, with additional stoppages at Salem, Coimbatore, Palakkad and Thrissur.
The days of service of Train No.22208 Thiruvananthapuram – Chennai bi-weekly Super fast AC Express will be changed from Saturday to Sunday and the re-routing and additional stoppages will become effective from April 2016.
Train No.22207 Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central bi-weekly Superfast AC express will leave Chennai Central at 4.30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays, arriving at Thiruvananthapuram Central at 06.45 a.m. on the following Wednesdays and Saturdays.
It will stop at Salem Jn (8.35 p.m.), Erode Jn (9.32 p.m.), Coimbatore Jn (11.08 p.m.), Palakkad Jn (00.15 a.m.) Thrissur (01.23), Ernakulam Jn (02.45), Alappuzha (03.40) and Kollam Jn (05.15 a.m.).
Similarly, Train No.22208 Thiruvananthapuram Central –Chennai Central bi-weekly Superfast AC Express will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 9.30 p.m.on Wednesdays and Sundays, arriving at Chennai Central at 11. 50 a.m. on the following Thursdays and Mondays.
It will stop at Kollam Jn (10.25 p.m.), Alappuzha (11.32 p.m.), Ernakulam Jn (00.50 a.m.), Thrissur (02.05), Palakkad Jn (03.15), Coimbatore Jn (04.43 a.m.), Erode Jn (06.15 a.m.), Salem Jn (07.20 a.m.) and Jolarpettai (08.55 a.m.).
Train No.22208 Thiruvananthapuram –Chennai Bi-weekly Superfast AC Express scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central on April 20 (Wednesday) will be the first service to run via Coimbatore with additional stoppages.
Similarly, Train No.22207 Chennai – Thiruvananthapuram Bi-weekly Superfast AC Express scheduled to leave Chennai Central on April 22 (Friday) will be the first service to run via Coimbatore with additional stoppages.
Train No.22208 Thiruvananthapuram –Chennai Bi-weekly Superfast AC Express will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central on Sundays with effect from April 24.
There will be no service of Train No.22208 scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central on April 23 (Saturday).
