Protest to relay road

Public went on protest demanding to relay the road which was dug up for the construction of underground drainage at Aavarampalayam, here today.
The road was dug up last year. Though the work was completed six months ago, the road was not brought back to shape. More than hundreds of people were involved in protest.
The City Corporation and councillors promised to solve their problems.
