Mega job fair at Covai

The government sponsored private job fair that was conducted in Coimbatore on January 10th, brought employment to thousands but at the same time disappointed as many. The fair was a mix of happy faces and frowns as, of the 1.5 lakh people who turned out, only a few received the appointment orders. The rest were in tenterhooks as they had one more round to be taken for a confirmed recruitment.
