Mishap takes 13 lives

As many as 13 people were killed in a road mishap near Sidhadhurga in Karnataka district this morning.
They were from the Dhasapura and Koodahuvalli villages and were travelling to Sidhadhurga to attend a temple festival. The mini lorry they were travelling in collided head on with a freight truck at a place called Maadanayahahalli, on the NH 13.
All 13, including 10 men, one woman and two children were killed in the accident.
