Tirupur administration announces contact numbers of Returning Officers

The Contact numbers of the Returning Officers of all the eight assembly constituencies in Tirupur has been announced by the Tirupur District Administration here.

The election commission of India had appointed the State Government Officials from the district as the returning officers for each constituencies as the election dates have been announced.

Interestingly, in spite of the fact that there is no restriction to appoint one returning officer to more than one constituency, eight officers have been appointed for the eight constituencies by authorities.

District Collector of Tirupur S Jayanthi has said that the code of conduct has already come into force and the government vehicles provided to the representatives of the local bodies has been brought under the control the officials.
