Participants can register in one of the categories – juniors (those who are five to 12-years old), Teens (13 to 18 years old), and Open Category (those who are over 19 years of age).

A press release from Art Houze said that participants are expected to work on the theme, ‘Expressing the bond between mother and child.’ Participants are allowed to use mediums like colour pencil, poster colour, fabric colour, crayon, artist water colour, water colour soluble pencils, and oil pastels. Art paper measuring 15″ x 8.5″ will be provided to participants.

The contest will be judged by renowned artists. The judges will declare three winners in each category, and 10 consolation prizes will be given in each category. The award winning paintings will be displayed at the art gallery.

There are awards for the winning participants and for their moms.
