I-T officials raid contractor’s house in Sulur

Income Tax officials today conducted search in the house of a building contractor living in the Sulur assembly constituency in Coimbatore.
Based on information that huge amount of money has been kept for distribution among the voters, the I-T sleuths, along with officials of the election department, searched the house of Karuppasamy, police said. The findings of the raid have not yet been revealed.
Karuppasamy is said to be close to Sulur AIADMK candidate Kanagaraj.
