Vasundhara Raje, the Chief Minister (CM) of Rajasthan, participated in a two-day yoga and meditation programme, titled ‘Inner Engineering – Technologies for Well Being.’ The programme was organized by Jaggi Vasudev, spiritual head and founder of Isha Foundation.

The chief minister, along with 400 of Rajasthan’s legislators, parliamentarians, bureaucrats, and senior government officers posted in Jaipur participated in this programme. Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center, Sitapura, Jaipur, was the venue of the two-day programme.

“I have done the Inner Engineering (IE) programme with Sadhguru a few years ago. This has given a new meaning for my life. I have been in touch with Sadhguru since then. I have had the opportunity to learn from Sadhguru and I hope I’m able to bring a difference into the lives of the people that I interact with,” Vasundhara Raje said.

Upon completing the programme, she said “Receiving the Shambhavi Mahamudra has been a revelation. It was so simple that I found it hard to believe that the 21 minutes would change my entire life. But apart from making me feel better, it has brought discipline into my life. It has also given me, my body, and my soul a different dimension.” Vasundhara Raje said.

A release from Isha Foundation said that in January 2013, the Sadhguru conducted a similar programme for Chandrababu Naidu, the then Chief Minister Andhra Pradesh, and members of his government.

Isha Foundation has tailormade a programme that can be opted for as a part of Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officers’ in-service training.
