Three Bihari youth held for trying to steal from tea shop

Coimbatore: Three young men, hailing from Bihar, were arrested today for attempting to steal money from a tea shop in Saravanampatti.

When he opened his shop early in the morning today, S Pichaipandi, the shop owner, was surprised to notice three youths climbing down from tiled rooftop into the shop, and trying to open the cash box and steal money.

With the help of his customers and passers-by, Pitchaipandi managed to nab the trio and handed them over to the nearby Police station.

The thieves have been identified as Jitendra Kumar (18), Rajkumar (27), and Sanjeev Kumar (25), all hailing from Bihar.
