The Additional Director-General of Police (Coastal Security), C. Sylendra Babu, urged the student community to read world-class books to enhance their knowledge and to stay in the competitive world.

Talking on the topic ‘Take Charge of your Life’ at the iTech dialogue, organised by the PSG College of Technology here today, he said students should set their goals higher. “Setting goals is an easy task. But the hardest part is achieving the goals. You can win only if you put effort into your work,” he said.

Pointing out the importance of developing leadership qualities, Sylendra Babu added that students can me good leaders at managerial level only if they develop such qualities at a young age.
