Launch of world-class football infrastructure at SNR Sons College

SNR Sons College Coimbatore and Unleash Sports LLP, Chennai, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for setting up football infrastructure in a space of 8,000 sq ft at the college at a cost of approximately Rs 1 crore.

The football facility, called Five Alive, will have branded football turf and spectator stands of international standards. It will be ready by the end of February 2017. There are plans to conduct camps, and tournaments between schools and colleges in this mega-sports infrastructure.

More than 1,000 students from various institutes of the Sri Ramakrishna Group participated at the event, and there was an interactive session with Chennaiyin FC players Jee, Khangebam Toi Singh, and Eder Monterio Fernandes.
