President stranded in Delhi

President Pranab Mukherjee who was on his way to pay last respects to Chief Minister Jayalalithaa returned to Delhi after facing a technical snag in the flight.
While Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaches Chennai the president has returned to Delhi.
