Prime Minister Narendra Modi pays his tribute to Jayalalithaa at the Rajaji Hall.
Modi arrived at the Chennai Airport through a private flight by 12.00 pm. He also consoled O.Paneerselvam , Sasikala Natarajan and other AIADMK leaders.
