146 complete Isha Hatha Yoga teacher training programme

More than 140 candidates from over 30 countries today completed the Isha Hatha Yoga teacher training programme, that began on July 19.
With the completion of the course, the candidates, from Europe, North, Central and South American nations, Australia Japan, China, Switzerland and Uganda, are now certified teachers and can offer the possibility of Isha Hatha Yoga to the world, said a press release from Isha Yoga Centre.
“They are trained to teach the components of Isha Hatha Yoga – Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, Surya Shakti, Nada Yoga, Pranayam and many other yogic practice,” it added.
