When Arabindh AD, a resident of Kovundampalayam, paid the down payment for a flat in Saravanampatti, he did not expect the builders to delay the construction by over five years. A nervous Arabindh finally managed to find a solution to his problem. He brought together several others like him, who had been on the receiving end of a delay by Sahara City Homes, using an apartment management software.

“I have been using the CommonFloor software for more than a year. I decided to open the account after the builder delayed the construction of the flat which was promoted in 2004-2005. It became very difficult to reach them as they are headquartered in Lucknow with zonal offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. This software is really useful for all the flat owners to communicate with each other as several of them are abroad or outside Coimbatore,” Arabindh said.

Apartment communities and residents in Coimbatore are using technology to connect with their neighbours and manage their apartment societies. Apartment Management Services networks among all the communities it works with. Residents living in a gated community nowadays know each other better by easily forming groups that help them in their day to day activities. Whether it’s finding services of domestic help, plumbers or other maintenance/civic issues to connecting over hobbies, Apartment Management Services assists communities for every need.

Communities manage their accounts transparently and also reach out to residents through e-mails and SMSes for any important announcements like meetings notices.
