CBE Passport Seva Kendra bags award for fifth time

The Passport Seva Kendra in Coimbatore has won the Best Passport Office Award for the fifth consecutive year. It was chosen the best passport office amongst the ‘C’ category offices. [C category offices handle up to 1.5 lakh applications.]
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj presented the award to Regional Passport Officer S. Sasikumar in New Delhi during the two-day Passport Seva Divas celebrations that were held on June 22 and 23.
The Coimbatore Passport Office handles applications from six districts.
