Head Constable cleans up Mentally challenged person

Head Constable Pradeep attached to the Selvapuram police station cleaned up a mentally challenged person he encountered when he was on duty near the Vaaikkapaalam check post. He not only groomed him but also got him new clothes to wear. A video of the constable grooming the mentally challenged person has gone viral in the social network.
