The 21st Graduation Ceremony of PSG College of Physiotherapy took place on Friday, 13th December 2024, at the PSG IMS&R Auditorium. The Chief Guest, Mr. Ravi Ranganathan, M.P.T. (Neurology), Director of the Pain & Stroke Rehabilitation Centre (PSRC) in Chennai, graciously graced the event. With over 36 years of experience in India and the United States, he has developed a strong expertise in Neurological Rehabilitation

The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome address by Prof. R. Mahesh, Principal of PSG College of Physiotherapy. Shri L. Gopalakrishnan, Managing Trustee of PSG & Sons’ Charities, presided over the event. A total of 137 undergraduate and 61 postgraduate students, including 27 gold medalists, received their certificates and medals from the Chief Guest. The oath of professionalism was administered by Mrs. Y. Ashraf, Vice Principal of the college.
In his graduation address, Mr. Ravi Ranganathan highlighted the ongoing transformation within the field of physiotherapy. He encouraged the graduating students to embrace these changes by integrating digital technologies into their practice, enhancing their skill sets, and seizing new career opportunities beyond traditional clinical and academic roles.
Several outstanding students were recognized for their exemplary achievements. The Best Outgoing Awards for the undergraduate batch were presented to Mr. Gladwin Mahiban.G, Mrs. Lekhasri.S, and Ms. Sahana.M. Special awards were also presented to students for their outstanding performance in internships, subject-specific excellence, and overall academic achievements.
