Kochi: The police have recovered eight diamonds that went missing at Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple in Thiruvananthapuram.
A report in this regard has been filed by Inspector General Sreejit to the DGP.
The diamonds were found in the temple and were not stolen, the report said.
They could have come out while removing flower garlands, police said.
The temple was rebuilt in the 18th century by the Travancore royal family.
