In a fragrant, lamp-lit home in Vadavalli this Navaratri, Mrs.Roopa Senthil is hosting her first Golu at her home, featuring an elegant collection where every idol is crafted in brass. The traditional stepped display, lit by lamps and adorned with fresh flowers, brings together Gods, Goddesses and mythological scenes in a compact, devotional tableau.
The collection spans the Hindu pantheon and popular devotional figures. Highlights include Lord Shiva and his family, the Dashavatara of Lord Vishnu, Goddess Saraswati, Lord Ganesha and Shirdi Sai Baba. Each tier presents a compact tableau of faith and mythology, inviting viewers to move from one narrative scene to the next. The uniform brass finish gives the arrangement a timeless, cohesive look, while the flowers and warm lighting add colour and warmth.
The juxtaposition of metal figures with fresh blooms and light creates an atmosphere both visually striking and spiritually resonant.
Created with devotion by Mrs.Roopa Senthil – A Golu where every brass deity tells a story, every flower expresses reverence, and every lamp illuminates tradition.
