Actor Balu Anand passes away

Noted film actor and director Balu Anand died of a massive cardiac arrest this morning. He is 62.
Balu Anand, who has acted in nearly 100 movies and directed a few movies including Anna Nagar Mudhal Theru and Nane Raja Nane Mandhiri, complained of chest pain and was rushed to a private hospital near his house in Kalampalayam.
However, he died on the way to the hospital. He is survived by his wife and a daughter.
