B2B Expos open on a grand scale at CODISSIA in Kovai

Coimbatore, August 1, 2025 – Midaas Touch Events and Trade Fairs LLP opened the 5th edition of its flagship 4 premier B2B Industrial Expos – Waremat (Warehousing, Storage & Logistics), Topack (Packaging Mahinery, Materials & Technology), Toplast (Plastics, Raw Materials, Moulds & Auxillaries), and Autorobot (Automation, Robotics, AI, and Industrial Control) on Friday (Aug 1) at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex in Coimbatore.

Mr Karthikeyan, President, CODISSIA, inaugurated the expos and highlighted their importance to the business fraternity as a whole.

Showcasing the latest tech

To be precise, the event focused on showcasing the latest in hand tools, power tools, fasteners, and related services to highly targeted industry professionals and experts. There were 300 plus stalls which showcased their products along with live demos.

10000 plus business professionals

The event attracted 10000 plus business professionals and trade buyers who transacted Rs 85 crore worth business, according to Mr D Vivekanandhan, Director of Midaas Touch Events and Trade Fairs.

Platform for growth

He said the agenda of the expos created a dynamic and future forward platform for industrial growth, innovation, and strategic networking.

Cutting edge innovations

Indeed, the expos made things possible for displaying cutting edge innovations in warehousing, material handling, Packaging. Plastics, automation and robotics technologies, he noted.

Vivekanandhan further said the expos acted as a platform for direct business transactions between exhibitors and high potential trade buyers.

Networking

There were live product demonstrations for over 200 plus industrial solutions, offering visitors hands-on experience, besides facilitating B2B networking among key decision makers, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders across India.

There was a networking between manufactures and technology providers with end users across critical sectors.

Key exhibitors

The 200 plus exhibitors included Nilkamal, Godrej, MGN Fabtech, KION, TVS Mobility, Mercuri Industrial, Microtex, Sampack, Birds India, iAutomatia, Cybernetik, CT Pack, Liugong, and many more.

Importance of expos

Mr Devakumar Nagarajan, President, CIA, and CP Reddy, Assistant Director – MSME (DFO), spoke on the importance of industrial expos like the ones happening at CODISSIA in Coimbatore.

Potential to grow

Vivekanandhan chipped in and remarked that MSMEs have the potential to grow with the support of the government and expos can act as a source of strength for establishing the market and creating the brand image.
