Black flag demo seeking concession on EB bills

Coimbatore: DMK Singanllur MLA, N Karthik led the black flag demonstrations by the party workers in the district against the electricity bill, as announced by party high command, today

Karthik along with his family members and some party workers held black flags and placards near his house seeking concession on the bill, which was higher due to the random calculation during the lock down period.

The workers raised slogans against the EB authorities and demanded concessions. Similar demonstrations were held by the party West District in-charge Muthusamy North secretary, C R Ramachandran and Sulur Selvaraj, South in -charge, in front of their respective houses.
